Scouting video: Dylan Bundy, RHP, Owasso (OK) HS (2011 Draft)

This site seems to have as a thing for right-handed high school arms named Dylan. Last year it was Covey and this year it is Bundy. This is video from my first look at Bundy in summer 2009.

Bundy was smooth and easy, 91-93, with power and projection. He threw a true hard curveball at 79, which was reminiscent of the Covey curveballs from the summer before his draft year. Mixed in was a change-up at 77. I graded his overall control at average, with projection to improve a notch in coming years. Bundy has a power body, strong legs, thighs and trunk. He showed the arm speed to be a power pitcher and a durable workhorse over the coming years.
